Correct pedigrees are the backbone of any successful animal breeding program. DNA testing of sires, dams and offsprings can be used to confirm or exclude parentage with extremely high reliability. The test can be performed from hair bulb samples cheek swab samples or blood (EDTA whole blood) samples.
